More 4th of July Fun

Thought you'd heard the last of me today? Sorry, I've got one last blog post wrapping up our 4th of July! We attended a parade this morning, and then enjoyed the backyard pool, fireworks in the driveway, and s'mores before bath. It was a pretty fun day!

If you're wondering why Tyson isn't in the pool pictures, it's because he went along with Jeremy to buy the fireworks. The "good stuff" is illegal here in Illinois, but they enjoyed the safer smoke bombs, party poppers, and snappers.

Also, we didn't go see the fireworks. Can you believe it? The kids were exhausted and we had a full enough day so we decided not to keep them up. Maybe next year!
